A little bit about me...
From university, to the world of bridal; here's my journey to becoming a dressmaker and seamstress!
My journey into the fashion industry began at UCA Rochester in 2014 where I graduated with a BA Honours degree in Fashion Design. This opened my eyes in pattern cutting, fabric sourcing, sewing and much more!

After graduating in 2017, I spent the next 5 years working in the wonderful world of bridal; where I was lucky enough to advance to a bridal boutique manager in Tunbridge Wells. Fast forward to today and I am now a dressmaker and stylist in a beautiful boutique in West Malling where I am putting my University skills to good use and am making bespoke wedding dresses for brides looking for something modern, fashionable and often completely one of a kind!

Along side my "day job", I also run a lovely little small business called Scrunchleighs which I started in the 2020 Lockdown. Creating and selling handmade hair accessories and bags made by up-cycling sustainably sourced clothes and off-cut fabrics. My "passion for fashion" and sewing have always fallen hand in hand and therefore offering an alteration service for customers who are looking to re-vamp, repair, or simple to feel confident in their clothing was my next calling in life!
